Our installation engineer will visit your premises at the appointed time and carry out a free diagnostic to identify any problems you may have, or to advise you on the best aerial configuration for your needs.
He will give you a firm verbal or written quotation covering all materials and labour, and will proceed when authorised to do so.
The work will be done promptly and all tests (tuning / signal strength etc.) carried out in your presence to ensure you are satisfied with the reception and quality of the installation.
Any dust or debris caused by external fixings or internal drilling will be removed and the work areas left clean and tidy.
A written receipt will be supplied and this is your guarantee that we will return free of charge in the unlikely event of any problems occurring due to installation / set up errors.
